Exact Shipping Cost - No Lot Fees - No Handling Fees

Prices, Fees & Total Cost

  • FEES: We don't charge any lot fees, handling fees, packing fees or postage fees. We charge a 1€ fee for combining orders to cover fixed payment processing fees.
  • TOTAL COST: Our store has instant checkout.  So you will always know upfront what the total cost is before comitting to purchase
  • SHIPPING: Cost for shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. 
  • MIN ORDER: 2€. In order to cover fixed payment processing fees we require a minimum order value of 2€.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery Times

  • PROCESSING: Every order received and payed in full until 1 p.m. (CET) will be processed on the same day. 
  • SHIPPING TIME: 80% of our orders are shipped the next shipping day. 100 % of our orders are shipped within two shipping day. Shipping days are Monday - Friday, except bank holidays.
  • DELIVERY TIME: We ship your order really fast. Though we do not have control over the delivery time and, for shipments outside the EU, we cannot influence custom clearance times in your country and usually Customs won't update the tracking info until after they cleared the package. Before worrying please allow:
    • Germany: 5 business days
    • EU: 15 business days
    • WORLD: 30 business day

           Most packages have a tracking code. Your shipment was damaged by the postal service or even got lost? Our problem, not yours.

Quality & Hygiene

  • HYGIENE: All parts are handled wearing surgical gloves. No finger prints, sweat or germs can be transfered to the parts. All used parts have been washed before reselling. Our LEGO is handled with obsessive care in a smoke free, pet free, dust free and dry environment. All parts are stored in air tight bags so they do not gather dust and are not subject to potential wear by air polution. Furthermore they are not exposed to direct sun light.
  • NEW: New parts are shiny, taken straight from new sets and have never been used or played with. Parts may have minor scuffing from rubbing against each other inside the original LEGO packaging.
  • USED: Used parts are mainly bought from second hand markets, garage sales or sometimes internet auctions. We reject and recycle all parts that do not meet our requirements (e.g. parts that have chew marks, parts that are extremly yellowed or have major damage are rejected and will not be sold)
  • COLORS: LEGO colors are not consistant. Just recently this problem was acknowledged by LEGO. Please keep that in mind. One Bright Orange part may just look a little different than the next one. This phenomenon even occures within one set. 

Legal & After Sales

  • PROBLEMS: This should not happen but if a mistake was made on our side, your order is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know and we will fix it asap. Communication is key. 
  • TRACKING: Most orders have a tracking number.
  • IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES: Customers from outside the EU may have to pay duties, tariffs or taxes in their country. Those charges are not included in the final price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs agency in order to get an estimate on how much fees you should expect from them.
  • REFUND: If you have chosen to pay with anything other than IBAN, the payment providers charges will be substracted from the refund. Usually 5% ot the total order.
